During these kind of fitness tests I really work hard. Always sweat dripping down my red face, huffing and puffing, and my legs feel all heavy. One thing that I have learned about PE is that it's not just about being a good athlete, or scoring lots of goals in hockey, it's about leadership, participation, and being a good role model. Ways to do this are, help put equipment away when not being used, leading others to make good choices, or even helping set up for activities. After everything that I have learned, I think that my final grade should reflect on an A because I do what Im supposed to do and focus more towards helping than being the greatest athelete in the class. I demonstrate good behaviour and help others when needed. An example would be when I helped my friend put the equipment that he was using away after he was done. Anyways, this is what I personally think that my last and final mark for PE should reflect on.

Final Post
PE this year has been fun, tough, and has taught me lots. I have learned ways you can stay fit and healthy on your own time, for example going for runs around your neighborhood daily and recording your pace. Some days in PE have also been fun like when it's a normal PE day and not a fitness day. An example would be like when we go outside to play capture the flag, or hide-and-seek tag, or even dodgeball in the gym. I enjoy doing activities like that because thats when you dont have to run continuously and you can have fun. I have done lots of fitness activities along the way as well. Some examples include the beep test. The beep test is a simple run to one side of the gym to the other but every beep, the speed increases. Here is a score of my last beep test.

Beep Test may.31st
On Friday (May.31st) we have done another beep test. The first Beep Test I have done I scored a 11.8, second 11.2 and this beep test I have managed to score a 12.5. I have managed to pass my goal which was to get at least a 12.0 on this beep test and I have just passed it. The kind of things that I was feeling when running was at around 11.0 when my legs were feeling sore and heavy, I could breathe, and I felt like throwing up but I still continued.

Mid Term reflection
In PE, I am still coming to every class ready with my PE strip on and on time. I participate in most activities and I have participated and I still try harder on fitness days then i normally would. However, some fitness tests have been struggles for me because they can be very hard and tiring. For example, the hill run because it requires you to run up and down the hill 10 times. The students in my class are nice, funny and fun to be around. I am never in a bad mood when coming to class. During fitness days, I push myself to do my best so that I can become more fit and stay healthy. I enjoy the beep test because it doesn't run for a long time and after it's done you can compare scores with other friends at school who have done it. One goal for fitness would be not to stop in between rounds when running back and forth in certain activities. To me, leadership means someone who can demonstrate the right thing for the class to do and make sure no one does the wrong thing. The best leaders in our class would be someone who doesn't fool around when the teacher is around and someone who makes sure no one else does the same thing. By the end of the year I would like to improve on being more like a leader because I don't really tell someone to stop doing what they're doing if it's the wrong thing. I am most proud of my preparedness because I have never been unprepared the whole year. Overall I think I deserve a B in PE.

Interim report March.6th
During PE this year so far, I have been working hard and coming prepared. Some things that I do well are showing up with my PE strip, helping others when needed, and doing whats best for myself and not what my friends are doing. Some things that I would like to improve on by June are, push myself a little harder during fitness tests, and not waste time just standing there. Some ways I can do this is by telling myself to try harder and don't stop until the buzzer goes. I try hard in the weight room.
Here is a picture to prove it

PE mid term reflection
During PE this year, I have always came prepared on time with my gym strip. The days we have fitness I have tried harder than regular days because thats when you have to push yourself more. I always come with a good attitude so that way i wont have a hard time. During fitness days, I participate more than I usually would because its harder. The fitness activities I enjoy the most are the pond run, and the community run. Some fitness goals I have for this year is to try my best when I need to and pass PE with at least a B. To me, leadership means to do whats right for you and not others. The best leaders are the older kids because they set a good example for what younger kids need to do in PE. An improvement I would like to make is not to push my self too hard. This year, I am most proud of my score on the Beep Test because I was told by people who have done it that it is really hard and I scored an 11.8 on my first time. I think that I deserve at least a B in PE. Active learning has been a great way to stay fit and I would like to continue staying fit.
